PAYMENTS
I work with 100% prepayment via PayPal/Boosty/Hipolink.
May consider payment plans depending on commission - Please inquire!
REVISIONS
All revisions on sketch stages are free. I don't continue to work, until you confirm that the sketch suits you.
Major revisions after sketch will cost additonal fee. Minor revisions (such as color or small accessories), or if i did mistake (misunderstood or forget something) would be free at any stage.
It's very important for me to provide you a perfect result!
DEADLINES & DELIVERY
Projects are treated as digital goods, meaning that no physical item will be shipped!
The full-resolution work will be sent directly to you by any convenient way (for example: E-mail, Google Drive and etc.).
I will give you an estimated time, which may vary depending on the type of work (7-30 days after payment).
Requesting a hard deadline may require additional fee, which depends on how soon work should be delivered.
USE
You are free to edit and post commissioned works without attribution. Keep in mind, that commissioned work is for personal use only.
For commercial use you have to pay additional fee. The cost of commercial art will depend on the type of your order.
I have the right to publish the artwork to my portfolio and social media. Private art (without posting in any of my gallery) + $50
REFUNDS
You can request a 100% refund if I haven't started the sketch yet, 50% refund if you give up your order after receiving the sketch. If your commission is already on rendering stage, no refunds will be given. I offer a 100% refund in case there is a problem on my part that prevents me from finishing your order.
COMMUNICATION
I will contact you through social media that you prefer.
I will inform the progress there for each steps (rough sketch, base color sketch, rendering).
Due to different time zones, I may not respond immediately.
English is not my first language, and sometimes I need more time to translate and correctly compose a reply, so please be patient.
